PJ earned his Finance degree from Texas A&M University in 1988. Initially, he worked with Fortune 1000 companies arranging structured financing for large capital equipment. Later, focusing on smaller companies and professional service practices, PJ entered the insurance and financial service business in 1990.

PJ is a Certified Financial Planner and a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow. He provides his business and individual clients with quality, competitive and unique insurance and investment products.

Retirement planning, Estate preservation, Investment design and management and tax avoidance are key issues PJ addresses for his clients. He has been instrumental in providing innovative, cost-saving solutions to these concerns. He also has creative ideas for small businesses and professional practices to recruit and maintain quality, motivated employees through attractive benefit planning.

PJ and his wife Tina, an attorney in Denver, have three young sons and they live in Highlands Ranch Colorado.
